The restaurant was conceived for a full capacity of 120 persons. It offers Delta specific dishes, combining traditional food (carp pastrami, pike perch roe, fisherman soup, sheat fish brine, spitted carp etc) with sophisticated one (pike perch cutlets, stuffed pike, turbot etc) ment to satisfy the most refined tastes.
